In partnership with Makelove Agency, we undertook the development of IKEA’s global employer brand through research, EVP definition, a creative platform, communication strategy, and a campaign rollout.
Brand Essence
At IKEA, work harmonises with life, enabling employees to pursue their passions without sacrificing personal interests. It’s a workplace where life and work thrive together.
Creative Campaign
Together with Makelove Agency, we crafted a campaign that highlights IKEA’s unique work culture. The message, ‘We will fill your work with…’, is completed with positive elements like creativity, laughter, and friendship. It reflects how employees experience connection, collaboration, and fulfilment at IKEA.
Minimalistic illustrations visualise real-life working moments, reinforcing the campaign’s authenticity and relatability.
Global Implementation
The campaign was designed to resonate across regions, including the EU and CIS, delivering a consistent and engaging employer brand experience worldwide.
